Fictitious Business Name Renewal

According to California Law, each fictitious business name filed must be renewed every 5 years. If a renewal is not processed, the business name will expire and the owners will be in violation of the California's Business & Professions Code Section 17900, et seq. The business owners will also lose all rights to use their business name and someone may take the name if not renewed.

It is important that you renew your fictitious business name properly and in a timely manner. Otherwise you may face legal consequences. Please contact us for more information on how to renew.

If you have received a renewal notice, please follow the instructions enclosed with your document. If you have any questions you may contact us at 1-800-550-5490.
