*Effective January 1, 2024, for privacy reasons California law was amended to no longer require the owner’s residence address to be listed on these business filings. Instead, the business mailing address must be populated into this field. You may use a PO Box, Private Mailbox (PMB), or physical mailing address. However, some banks may not be aware of this new law change and delays in opening a bank account may occur.

Once you submit your information, our staff will generate the required documents and email them to you for a signature (and notary if required). After signing, you must physically mail the original documents back to our office for filing.

After we receive the original signed documents, we will file and publish your document with the appropriate government agency as required by State Law.
